Within the framework of the state's plan towards achieving the goals of sustainability and preserving the environment and climate, the research aims to achieve recycling of railway train cars that are wasted either by accidents, where these cars are affected by damage, and this makes them unusable cars on railway lines and they are excluded, Or it is wasted in the framework of renovation and development and the import of new train cars from abroad, which also leads to the waste of old, dilapidated cars that are not suitable for working on railway lines. Hence, the research is based on a design study for service units for uninhabited roads in Egypt, through re-Structuring old train cars that are not suitable for working on railway lines, and creating self-contained smart service units in terms of energy generation, and the possibility of transferring these units to other roads once the areas in them are developed.
